Resolve "Hot fix: Timer at the end of tests in test_CST_MicrowaveStudio"

Now the three tests are running correctly.

It should be noted that for test_create_project it has been necessary to add a 10 seconds timer after the deletion of the files for the test to be correctly marked as successful.
