Fix #3 - Should be merged asap in 192 branch

- Use uint32 instead of int for sequence generation
- Send sequence in READY message
- Check that DFSS file has not been compromised
- Remove sequence from DFSS file
- Use more explicit output for client during signature

- common package now contains a waitingGroup, a useful struct to deal
  with synchronization
- updated version of gRPC api should be more efficient for signature
  initialization (untested)

- Add a method in `dfss/auth` package to compute a certificate's hash
- Update `dfssp/contract.Builder` to allow `dfssp/user` package to
  trigger some mail emissions
- Update `dfssp/user` to fix authentication (bad expiration and bad
  certHash)
- Fix a critical bug in client during creation of new contract (nil
  pointer)
